Gail I remember all the good times we had at your house in our younger years. It is hard to believe we have been friends for over 50 years. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Carol

Dear Thompson Family, We are saddened by Howard's death, but know that you have many happy memories to sustain you at this time. I personally worked with Howard while he was employed as a driver and mechanic at Salem Central School. He was most courteous and friendly--a big smile for everyone. He will be missed by many. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Sincerely, Al and Sara Jane Cormier

Our sympathy to the family. Howard was a "bear of a man" with a gentle soul.

Being neighbors of Howard's for a few years was quite a treat. Howard would always stop in every now and then to 'see how the old house' was holding up.Sometimes he'd bring one of his children with him and we'd get to hear the many stories of growing up in the place. It was a pleasure getting to know him and his family. We will truly miss him. Our many thoughts and prayers go out to you all.
